The Senior Paid Search Engine Manager will join the online marketing team and focus on buying performance based media for the diverse group of Acquinity Interactive online brands including Sweepstakes.com, Political.com, HealthProfessor.com and AmericanCreditReport.com.
This person is an expert professional who will be able to stay ahead of the game, because the world of paid search is constantly evolving. You must be able to keep up with the trends and maximize our return on investment. With a solid background of SEM experience and the aptitude to manage millions of dollars of PPC budget you will provide intelligent feedback based on analytical data to effectively optimize the buys. This position requires an experienced portfolio with the capabilities to quickly and easily improve ad performance, generate instant results for our business, increase customer traffic, and maximize profit.
This position requires an experienced professional who is strictly focused on ROI and not branding; you must be metrics driven. This position requires expertise in analyzing large volumes of campaigns, generating and negotiating key business decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
�?� Manage the direction and execution of Paid Search Engine Marketing including optimization of paid search engine marketing programs, paid search engine marketing tools, paid search engine advertising platforms, and industry trends
�?� Work with cross-functional teams to plan, implement and improve paid search engine marketing performance aligned with company-wide initiatives
�?� Proactively manage relationships with search engines (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Bing/MSN, LinkedIn).
�?� Provide benchmark and tracking reports to Acquinity Interactive Executives on SEO and SEM positions, traffic, conversions and other metrics.
�?� Analyze traffic trends and improve SEO & SEM performance with new customer acquisition at acceptable ROI as the ultimate benchmark for success
�?� Manage end-to-end SEM campaigns and seek new areas of opportunity through keyword analysis, campaign strategy, ad writing, bid management, representative relationships, CPA optimization and landing page testing.
�?� Drive innovation and implement testing strategies to continually uncover optimization levers, enhance learning, and improve performance.
�?� Ad Copy creation and A/B ad copy split testing implementation.
�?� Write the copy for the Paid Search Ad campaigns
�?� Work with Creative Team to design and test landing page and conversion funnels
�?� Search engine tracking & tracking URL integration and testing; cost analysis and reporting of online marketing campaigns.
�?� Communicate with clients on all fundamentals of the campaign, including performance reporting, project status and client goals.
�?� Grow and manage an annual budget based on high performing paid search campaigns.
�?� Advanced paid search engine strategy reviews (Google quality score, landing page assessments, display URL strategies, multivariate ad copy testing, PV (page view) monitoring).
�?� Construct paid search campaigns, optimize campaigns and provide feedback to team.
�?� Monitor, track and analyze performance and make necessary adjustments to maximize ROI.
�?� Utilize expertise and apply knowledge and experience to make strategic recommendations.
�?� Support the ongoing development of internal technology tools.

Required Skills:
�?� Bachelor's degree in related field
�?� Expert in Search Engine Advertising, including Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc. and web site Conversion Metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA)
�?� Experience with any of the following a plus

�?� Experience with optimizing Search Engine Marketing campaigns through ad copy, campaign structure (taxonomy), geo-targeting, keyword, match type, and landing page optimization
�?� Results driven ability to create attention-grabbing marketing and ad copy in addition to a detailed and analytical aptitude to effectively optimize the buys
�?� The ideal candidate must have experience managing performance-based lead generation and experience with 3rd party bid optimization tools
�?� Excellent data analysis skills
�?� Ability to research and stay ahead of industry trends
�?� Exceptional project management skills
�?� Excellent writing and organizational skills
�?� Ability to communicate results to management
�?� Ability to manage partners and a team
�?� Ability to work in a fast paced environment
�?� Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
