Or in activities with national governments, institutions, media and the public, helping to create an environment where Philips can operate successfully. Or you may work on identifying new business opportunities, applying your understanding of local needs and lifestyles to help us grow important new markets.

The B2B Online Team is the enablement organization in Philips for the development and execution of global digital activities supporting the Marketing agendas of the Lighting and Healthcare sectors of Philips.

The Online Marketing Manager(s) drive and manage the strategic online activities for Philips' business lines and regions in alignment with the goals and initiatives of the global digital strategy. The Online Marketing Manager(s) are responsible for working with the business line/regional organizations to provide strategic, creative and effective online solutions that have a visible impact on Philips success.

Based in Burlington, MA and reporting to the Global Director of Online Marketing for Philips Lighting, the Online Marketing Manager is responsible for the execution of the central digital and marketing plans in accordance with the global Lighting digital strategy and aligned with the Philips Professional Luminaires NA (PLNA) marketing agenda.

Your Responsibilities:
- Drive online projects for PLNA from initiation through delivery within the targets and objectives set with internal customers in order to achieve defined success metrics in coordination with the Philips global online strategy and the associated activities and initiatives.
- Deliver best-in-class online experiences by improving the quality level of PLNA's online touchpoints in accordance with the Philips brand identity and the global online strategy.
- Support and implement focused online marketing activities including, but not limited to SEO/SEM, pay for placement, email marketing, online promotions, social media, mobile, etc.
- Coordinate and oversee web site improvement activities of specific PLNA websites; including features and functionality requirements definition, IT and site design coordination, implementation activities and general QA in addition to coordinating any content development/ publishing needs supplied either internally or externally.
- Define, develop and manage online lead generation mechanisms �?? includes creating and maintaining processes for; contact/lead tracking, lead analytics, fulfilment of email/direct mail, conversion analysis.
- Connect globally driven online marketing initiatives with PLNA activities and market preferences - the aim being unique experiences designed around the key stakeholders.
- Establish, interpret and analyze critical online KPI targets (Net Promoter Score, User Goal Completion Rate, Web Site Satisfaction Rate, Site Traffic, etc.) and take appropriate action in order to meet targets for web site performance improvement.

Your Profile:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of online experience, specifically in online strategy, website analytics, project management, and online marketing.
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Information Technology (with a proper understanding of Marketing). MBA a plus.
- Agency/consultancy experience preferred.
- Experience in a Lighting / B2B environment a plus.
- In depth experience with one or more of the following; SEO/SEM, email marketing, online commerce, database marketing, social networking desired.
- Must be an imaginative, enthusiastic marketer with a commitment to delivering measurable results and a proven ability to manage projects to successful completion.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to effectively influence others in multiple groups to achieve specific goals. The ideal candidate must be a team player.
- Solid knowledge of online technologies including: content management, analytics, SEO/SEM, email marketing, usability, social media, mobile, etc.
- Must be structured, organized, proactive and able to work independently with little day-to-day direction.
- Familiarity with large, multi-national organizations a plus, good communication and organizational skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships across a geographically diverse Marketing organization.
